Councilman Conwell Legislated the City Clevelands Disability Awareness Week

The week was design to to help Cleveland residents who are disabled and disabilities educators to prmote understanding and respect for the disabled community .

In October , Which is National Disabilities Awareness Month, Cleveland designates one week to hold events that promote continued education and understanding of disabilities with the focus on providing members of the disabled community access to organizations and services that can provide on-going assistance .
